Food Vendors

Chuck Fest returns for a full day of the biggest music, art, food, and culture festival in Southwest Louisiana on Saturday, October 19 from noon to midnight! This year, we will be changing up the food vendor application process to a juried selection of 10 Food Truck and 10 Food Table vendors picked by our Chuck Fest Committee. For further clarification, if you sell out of a truck or trailer, please mark that you’re a Food Truck Vendor on the application. If you sell food from a table, cart, etc. please mark that you’re a Food Table Vendor. 

Applicants will be asked to provide answers to the following questions:

• Contact name
• Vendor/Food Truck Name
• Phone
• Email address
• Mailing address
• What do you sell?
• Brief narrative of you/ your business (this will be featured on social media posts leading up to the event as a “vendor spotlight”)
• General price range (ex. Items sold are generally between $5-$15)
• Have you ever worked Chuck Fest before?
• Social media handles (Facebook and Instagram)
• Website

Once selected, vendors will need to pay a $100.00 food vendor fee (instructions for payment will be provided after selected), and vendors keep 100% of sales. There will be no refunds for inclement weather, as Chuck Fest is a rain or shine event. Food vendors must comply with all state health codes and are expected to start selling by 12 PM on October 149
