Chuck Fest 2022 | 10/22/22
The Chuck Fest team has joined forces with the Arts & Humanities Council to bring back one of the most popular events in Louisiana! Chuck Fest 2022 is set to occur on Saturday, October 22, 2022 in Downtown Lake Charles. This festival is about celebrating all things Louisiana. Chuck Fest will take place from 12 PM-10 PM and will be an entire day consisting of music, food, art, and more!
The fee is $100 total for the entire day, and vendors keep 100% of the profits sold. There will be no refunds for inclement weather. Art Vendors will receive one table and chair per booth and will be set up under a tent provided by Chuck Fest. Payment can be made in the form of a check made out to “Arts & Humanities Council of SWLA”, cash, or payment by PayPal is available @artscouncilswla.
Art Vendors must either sell items or products related to art or provide an interactive/educational opportunity centered around the arts. Vendors are responsible for providing all necessary equipment, and should expect to start selling by 12 PM, with set-up time to be announced. You are welcome to bring additional tables, easels, displays and anything else that you may need. Please be aware that it can get very windy downtown, so make sure all of your items can be secured. We encourage you to decorate your space! Create a mini-gallery with temporary walls, add a flag onto your tent, or even create your art pieces on- site for added interest. Remember, there will be thousands of people as your audience, so this is your time to shine! Plan well and be creative! Submitted photo samples may be used in promotional materials but cannot be guaranteed. Expect and email within a week of the event detailing set-up, placement, and procedures for the festival.
Complete the form and submit a payment to the Arts & Humanities Council to reserve your spot.
Deadline is Friday, September 23rd
