Apply by Sunday, August 17 at 11:59 PM to be considered. Our Chuck Fest Committee will review all entries and send out notifications by Monday, August 25—so keep an eye on your inbox!

Chuck Fest 2025 Vendor Info & Deadlines!

Deadline to Apply:

  • Sunday, August 17 by 11:59 PM
  • Vendor Notification: Monday, August 25
  • Festival Day: Saturday, October 18 | Noon – 10:00 PM

What You’ll Need to Apply:

  • Contact Name
  • Vendor/Booth Name
  • Phone
  • Email
  • Your work, along with some photos
  • A brief narrative about you/your biz (used for social media vendor spotlights!)
  • Price range of your work (ex: $15–$80)
  • Social handles (Facebook & Instagram)

Vendor Fees (Choose Your Setup):

  • Option A – We bring the furniture
$200 — Includes 1 (8-foot) table + 2 chairs
  • Option B – You bring your own gear
$175 — No table or chairs provided

Vendors keep 100% of their sales but heads up: no refunds will be given for bad weather. Chuck Fest is a rain-or-shine kind of bash, so come prepared to slay—whatever the forecast.
